Our service and repair facility, located in Stockton, CA, is the Factory Authorized Warranty Repair and Service Facility for our product lines. Our factory-trained technicians service the Central and Northern California markets from the Kern County line north to the Oregan border as well as parts of Northern Nevada. For our E/One Grinder Pumps, we also serve Southern California and have a network of local factory authorized service partners throughout the state that help us to respond to our residential customers as quickly as possible.

Our service team is equipped with multiple boom trucks and pickup trucks to address field service repairs, troubleshooting, installation and removal of pumps, and transportation of equipment. Our shop is equipped with three 5 ton overhead cranes and one 10 ton crane so we have the capability to work on equipment up to about 900hp. With approximately 17,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, SHAPE stocks pumps ranging from about 3hp to 20hp, and a larger range of parts. In addition, SHAPE has access to our manufacturers’ national inventory as well as a network of distributors throughout the country to help get the products and parts our customers need as quickly as possible. We also repair and service other manufacturers pumps and equipment on a case-by-case basis.

SHAPE also offers Preventative Maintenance contracts that include physical and electrical inspections of each pump or piece of equipment, inspection and changing of fluids as needed, a functional test of each pump or piece of equipment, and a detailed report for each pump/piece of equipment. Preventative Maintenance can be quoted as a one-time service, or we can quote multi-year contracts that lock into today’s rates for multiple years and includes a discount on repairs, parts, and replacement equipment. We can provide PM service on a single pump station, or your whole collections or plant system.
